Will my Joe's picture be added to my postings?

I noticed that everyone had their pup's picture posted next to their comments. I just left a comment, but did not see my Joe's pictures next to the reply? Will this be auto inserted later? Or, is there something I should do next time to have it listed in front of my comment? First time posting, so not up to date on what is new here.

How to customize your messages!
Hi all, I wanted to make sure everyone knows that you can customize your message color (like this blue or Suzy's pink), and also upload a custom "avatar" graphic (icon to represent your messages). Just sign in, click your "My page" link at the top of the page, and see the new section called "Message board settings".
