Big Tonsils??

Hi everyone! Riley is now a year and has these lumps in his throat, they are behind his jawbone and about an inch below his ears. They feel like his tonsils, and are really big. Should I be concerned?

Vet?
It sounds like you should ask your vet. I have no hesitation picking up the phone and calling my vet for even the smallest of questions.
Let us know what you find out.
