Excitable Pup?
My Joe will get a bit like this, but only when we are trying to take him for a walk. He is so hyper, we can hardly get his harness and leash on him. He has chewed through his leash, and the leashes of his sister and Mom. We are are wondering if Norma Jean has seen a Vet? You wouldn't want it to be a medical problem. You might want to ask "Killian's) Mom about this, she has about 15 doxies and seems to know a lot about their habits. I respect her opinions. Devra
