Ferocious Doxie
(read)
Bella is 1 year 7 months old. She is just rotten as the world. She is getting so territorial over me. We have two other dogs and Bella will not allow them to sit in my lap. The Pug and her nearly had it out the other night. If daddy wouldn't have stepped in I am sure we would have had an emergency vet appointment. Neither of them would back down from each other. And it all goes back to the fact that she doesn't want any one else in my lap. Any suggestions??

My question would be has Bella been spayed? It sounds to me like Bella is going for pack leader and she is claiming you. Doxie are pack animals more then some other breeds. My Robin lived to be nineteen and for eighteen of those years she was the leader even though she was spayed. Now my Jazz is trying to be the pack leader but it is a little hard for her as she is just blind enough that she can not catch them to enforce it.
