Allergies & ear infections

Anybody else dealing with skin allergies? Skin bumps, then flakes. I know he's itchy. We have tried several antihistamines & allergy bath stuff from the vet. It's year round, but worse in summer, & it also makes my boy Rudy more prone to ear infections, both bacterial & yeast. I have to stop Hannalore from licking them, because the vet said it makes them worse!

Has anyone found a holistic cure or treatment for the skin allergies. I have tried the antihistamines, steroids, shampoo's, diet changes and Herbie still has a problem would appreciate any help out there
