Sweet potatoes

They are good enough to eat as a treat for two legged friends. Raw sweet potatoes with the skin on sliced thin. Waite till you smell them cooking. The frist time I made them smoke came pouring out of the oven vent and I though I had burned them. It was only the extra olive oil on the cookie sheet. The dogs love them. Let me know if you try them. Sophie's mom.

Grocery shopping is on the list of things to do this weekend. I definitely plan on adding the ingredients for the tasty sounding sweet potato treats to the list! I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks, again!
