I got Buddy when in 2009 when he was 10 years old. His owner could no longer live alone and her daughter had 2 very large dogs. Buddy's belly dragged and was furless. He was 32 lbs and wheezed like a freight train. Didn't know how long he would have left but I believe he will outlive me. He's down to a svelte 27 lbs with a goal of 25, mine not his. Still wheezing but healthy according to the vet. He cant see but he is still very active and won't miss a feeding EVER! He's my old man and I do love him.
