Wheezing? (read)
Last night, Molly had a "wheezing" spell or what I'd call a doxie asthma attack. She could catch her breath, but it was rapid inhalation/exhalation, but once she had the chance to catch a normal breath and swallow, it seemed to stop. She's done this a couple times before and I don't know what triggers it. This is the first time its ever happened in the middle of the night. Has anyone had an experience like this or know the possible cause? Thanks so much!

The following message was in reply to the "parent" topic above.

Reverse sneeze

My Petunia does this after she drinks water fast and when she is excited. This might be what is happening to your Molly.
