Bailey does a quacking noise when she drinks a lot of water quickly, too. Juice used to get an aweful "barky" cough in the mornings when he was little...we changed from Natural Balance food to Purina pup chow and it stopped almost immediately. I was told it could just be an allergy to something in the food.

Bjorn has this as well.
When he first started doing this I panicked and rushed him to the vet because it looked so scary (that was 6 years ago now). The vet diagnosed him with "reverse sneeze syndrome".
He only flares up in the springtime and now that I know it's probably only "hay fever" in his case I'm way more calm about the whole thing.
