EbonyandDuchess writes:We lived at our birth place until we were 2 years old. We were adopted by Melinda and Joel Escabar. Our lives took a big change, as we run the household here. There was another dachshund named Timmy, but sadly he died of old age. Also there was a cat named Petta. She died of the same cause. We don't miss them because now we get all the attention! Our favorite part of the day is meal time and we announce it. We also love giving kisses. I guess you could say we like humans. Although Duchess gets snappy sometimes. She is the royal one as she holds her head up high all the time. She is the barker too. Although Ebony barks when people make food. She stands on her hind legs. Duchess is the heavy one. Ebony is mysterious and secretive she steals food and eats her food in a different room in her bed. We never know what shes doing. She has a bandit face and it suits her really well. They constantly stare at you and lick you. I guess you can call that dachshund love. Duchess is red and Ebony is black and light brown. We love these Dachshunds.
