My momma's aunt Chris sews. Momma found the fabric at Jo Ann Fabrics. It has an elastic top. It reminds me of tube top material. They sell it to make dresses. We had to hem the heck out of it and cut out for my belly. I have them in white eyelet and pink with daisy's and bummble bees oh, and pink with disney princesses. My hat came from cw little on the net. i love the green dress! If that took 3rd, I'd hate to see 2nd and 1st! Chow!
