This was shortly after Cassie came to be my foster. I was trying to get pictures of her for her bio and it's a little fuzzy but she's just so stinkin' cute!

After I had to put my Oscar to sleep, I decided I was going to only foster Dachshunds and other dogs. Things did not go quite as planned. I found Tanner, adopted him, and around that time, I was contacted by the Midwest Dachshund Rescue to foster Cassie. Tanner and Cassie got along so well, I decided to adopt her as well.

Making New Friends
Cassie started making a fuss so I let her out not seeing exactly what she was fussing about. She made a new friend!

I recently took a vacation and Cassie would not get off my duffel bag. She herself enjoyed a vacation with grandma, so it wasn't too horrific!
