This is the day I got my little pumpkin, Tanner. I adopted him from Oolong Dachshund Rescue.

I adopted my Tanner-Bananner shortly after I had to put my Oscar to sleep. I soon learned I am a much better person when I have a dog to take care of. Tanner is very shy and sensitive, but he's a lover and a licker. There is no shortage of kisses and he always manages to sneak his tongue in my mouth at least once a day.

The Proposal
Tanner got all gussied up with a new bow tie to propose to his girlfriend of two months. They got along so well, I couldn't bear to have someone adopt her and take her away from Tanner.
