Last October, I lost two 4-month old doxies to parvo...Jack & Greenlee....I was completely devastated, they only had one more vaccination to go....but the parvo virus they had attacked the heart instead of instestines....so they didn't have a chance...lil' Greenlee went into the vet hospital before she even showed signs, because her brother died quickly and I had her tested & she tested positive and I still lost her. I certainly know the type of heartache you are experiencing....if breeders would have their puppies vaccinated properly on a constant time table, no puppies wouldn't have to suffer this fate....because there wouldn't be a virus.
