May 12, 2010 5:47 pm by calista from milton, FL Proud owner of fritzy Fritzy is now paralyzed alsoHi Frankie...you look so adorable in your cart...2 2weeks ago, my love Fritzy went down with no deep pain sensation at all..just a matter of minutes while in the back yard...surgery, but no feeling in his back legs yet...Im learning how to work fulltime and care for him..its an adjustment, and our schedule for bladder expressing and the rest is coming togeather...Fritzy dosent seem to mind, his personality has come back as strong as ever...and even tho he cant walk, apparently no one told him that he cant go whereever he wants....when i bring him out of his crate, he takes off...(he knows there is always left over cat food in the bathroom and maybe if hes lucky the cat might be there too....loves a good cat chase....(the cat does too)..so, we have 5 more weeks of crate rest, then we will do some pool thereapy and am looking into acupunture.....his wheelcart will be designed for him after his recovery time...so, any suggestions??? we have looked on dodgerlist and they have been agreat help over these past two weeks...the biggest thing right now is getting peed and pooped on alot...I just cant seem to find a good position for bladder expressing....so, more of it ends up on me...i dont mind tho...im just glad hes going....of course he hates to stay still long enough to be expressed....Love and kisses to Frankie....calista and the fritz dude....
