I like to sleep with my special toys also . My Mom got me a ramp for the bed and couch so I would not hurt myself jumping off the bed. That way your mom will not have to reach down and pick you up. (us little doxies are quite a handful to lift up) You certainly give new meaning to the phrase "PRETTY IN PINK". Glad I got to meet you.You look like a very sweet girl. Joe is very taken by you! I also had a problem with Joe jumping off the bed for everything and anything...I finally made a ramp for him (simple board with carpet nailed to it). He now races up and down the ramp at will. It worked so well, have ramps for the his favorite couch and chair! She is a beautiful little girl! My Joe changes his mind once on the bed all the time too. I finally just made him a ramp (the store one's can be very expensive). He runs up it like he is at the races. I am still trying to train him to RUN DOWN the ramp! Ha--one step at a time. I have heard of Doxies loving to swim (my Joe does) but have not heard of one Scuba diving yet....but, these little short legged monsters are quite smart...so -- who knows!
