Minnie is my girl, she was my first and last foster for nebraska dachshund rescue (I adopted her) you can see that she had been burned, lost most of her left ear and her tail, but she is a beautiful thing

they eat the Costco brand and are doing well with it.
Minnie has a sensitive stomach so I stick to her kibble
She give equal attention to many toys
Favorite spot to sleep:
she does hate the vacuum, and will not allow anyone to touch her mom
Minnie was my first attempt to foster for Nebraska Dachshund Rescue, but I failed fostering and adopted Minnie. She is a beautiful long haired girl who was not taken care of and has hair, ear, and tail missing from a burn. She is a delight, spunky, and we are crazy in love with her.
loving the cool grass

Congrats on being DOTD, happy to hear mom failed at fostering so that you could have a wonderful home and lots and lots of love! It breaks my heart to think of what you must have gone through but now you will always have the happy loving home you deserve.

We agree with Sabrett. Never mistreat. You are adorable and look like you are in a good loving place. We love to see our rescues being loved. We wish you a fun filled day little one!

Congrats on DD, but even more important you have found a wonderful home! NO animal of any kind should ever be mistreated. I am sure those days are behind you and as animals are so forgiving you will have a great life. Many many happy healthy years to you little girl!
