Goose writes:
Aizen, (Aka Goose) is a no nonsense dog. He even exhibits serious nature when playing. An example of this is when he pecks at our other dogs (hence the nickname Goose). Along with being serious all the time he is also very protective. He will guard our newborn son by sitting next to him on a play mat and growling and pecking at the other dogs if they get near. He will only do what he is inspired to do. For example he's never been inspired to run in a dachshund race. Instead of running he would rather sit at the starting line and look cute.
As his biggest strength is sitting there and looking cute. He is an ideal dog for a costume contest. The past two years he's won the costume contest at Oktoberfest in Cleveland; Came in third last year at the north east Ohio Dachshund picnic; and this year was grand champion.
