I did get 2 little ones ths July, a few days apart, and I just can't understand why mom wasn't as excited about it as I was!!! She rinsed my mouth out and everything - ugh! Aunt Toots came and lived with us for 2 months while grandma had a knee replacement, boy do I miss her now! I keep telling mm that I need a sibling, I hope I get one soon. But until I do, we see Toots every other week for a day of play in the yard!!! They usually run all the way around the back yard before they escape under the same little whole under the fence they entered through. Mom and I were sitting outside talking to a neighbor one day and one practically walked up to us (mom held my leash so I coudln't run after him). Dad helped a little, chasing the bunny back into the yard to see how fast I could run. The bunny tired out faster than I did!! Dad didn't let me keep the bunny though, he made me let go :(. We love chasing things - lizards, bugs, squirrels, anything that runs. Occasionally, our kitty brother, but he's pretty fast. And he has some really sharp claws. Mom occasionally takes me to a place for the day where I can play with other dogs and the humans who work there say that I get along fine but I'd rather be sitting on some human's lap than playing with other dogs. In the time that I have lived with my mom, I have come out of my shell quite a bit. I also live with cats. TWO cats. At first, there was a lot of hissin' going on but now, we all sleep in the same bed. The little one still hisses occasionally, but she also occasionally walks on me if I am in her way. I hope that we can be friends. You're very handsome and I'd love to see more photos of you.
