We didn't have any near our house but I could hear the popping noise in the distance. I would not go outside. I tried a couple times - I did this slinking thing and as soon as I heard one of the popping noises, I turned right around and headed towards the back door. Mom was out there with me - she always goes out in the back yard with me because I don't like to be out there alone since I was left in the back yard by my first family, but even having her out there didn't help. I was REALLY glad when they were over. Are you and MacKenzie related biologically? It must be fun for both of you to have each other.
