This is my baby boy Rusty (a.k.a. Rustadocious, Rusto, BabyBabyBaby, Sweetest Boy Evers.) Hes an understated brindle red and just the most beautiful little boyin this mamas opinion. He loves his big brother Bruno (an Olde English Bulldogge) and he loves his Daddy, much more than Mama unless its cold out in which case he sticks to Mamas lap and is NOT fond of being moved and makes a very distinct errrr noise to show his Dachshund Displeasure.
Rusty loves to play with his brother, go camping and to the river, car rides to Grandmas house and Sunday brunch outside (in good weather only). Each night when I get home from work he flies out the doggie door to greet me - a little brown super-soft wiggling ball of LOVE. It so nice to be missed!
He has the softest fur and I just love it when he rests his sweet little head on my arm, my cheek, my foot, wherever. There is no love like the love of a dachshund.
