Henry was about 8 months old when he came to us. He quickly became very devoted to us, very protective of us, and a real character. He's not happy walking on NYC sidewalks, but loves the parks near us and is ecstatic in the country. Everyone who sees Henry is smitten with him: he has very expressive eyes, big soft paws, and once he is comfortable with someone he is very friendly toward them.
He is also very smart. A Cornell graduate in EE with an MBA from Columbia, he belongs to MENSA, has his own email address, and is quite the suave conversationalist with the ladies. Conservative in matters of defense and finance, moderate socially, Henry is particularly proud of the fine work his co-quadrupeds have done in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Henry asked to give a big SHOUT OUT to Wilhelmina, Snoop and Lucy in Westport, to Buddy and Winston in Philadelphia, and to Gracie and Phoebe in the Big Biscuit.

After dinner Henry likes to mingle with guests and sit on whatever lap is vacant. Here he has taken over his friend Arthur's lap, and you can see over Arthur's right shoulder Henry's portrait hanging on the wall.

Henry is the ONLY puppy whose caricature is on the wall at the Palm restaurant anywhere! He is partial to their lambchops, although he has never (officially) sat at a table at the Palm. Here we see the caricature pieces that were put up on the wall after Henry approved them.

A well-known boulevardier, Henry is fond of his daily constitutionals around the City. He likes the canine and people watching in Tribeca, although he can't quite comprehend some of the local bohemian customs.
