Dory is a 5 yr. old rescue who was used as a breeder dog. She was left by the side of the road with other dachshunds. We drove 3 hrs to pick her up from her foster mom & fell in love with her from the beginning. She is very shy & timid. Dory has been in our home since September 29th, 2012. We lost our 14 yr. old Miniature Pinscher (Dutchess) to cancer in July & didn't know if we should get another dog. After looking at www.fldr.org for a few weeks we where told about Dory & that's all it took! Adopting a dog from a rescue was the best decision we could have made. She is an amazing addition to our family. Hope you enjoy her pics as much as we enjoy her & taking them.
