Bella is a rescue. I took one look at her, she looked at me and instant bond. I've had her 4 years now. She is my constant companion and has the sweetest disposition of any dog I've owned. She helped me through my last round of chemotherapy, snuggling with me, and giving me kisses when I felt really horrible. She always made me smile no matter how terrible I felt. Now that I am in remission, I opened a vintage and collectibles shop with my best friend and Bella is the shop mascot, along with my partner's toy Pomeranian, Elli. Even my vet wanted her when I took her in the first time. I wasn't sure I would make it out the door with her. However, stubborn is her middle name when she set her mind to do something, like shredding her stuffed toys, and "talking" to me if she is not getting enough attention. Can't imagine life without her.
