My Emmett is a mix,but we just found out he is half Dachshund and half Fox Terrier! He is all dachshund in behavior and how he looks in the face. He is probably the most unique, intelligent dog my husband I have ever owned! We got him out of the paper from an amish farm. We already have a 4 year old Beagle named Munro, but he is most definitely my husbands dog, and I wanted a smaller dog for me. They are both the light of our lives. We have four teenagers between us, but as they are growing up and away from us, we still have a lot of mommy and daddy left, so we are lavishing it on the dogs.
