Chester joined our household in May 2012 after the loss of our other doxie, Fudge, in February. Chester is a character! He is like the energizer bunny...he never stops! He loves all his toys and he loves to chase (harass?) Princess. He has the strangest habit of sleeping on his back all the time. He is growing quickly and is working hard on those housekeeping skills.
Growing at a fast rate, now 8 months old. I think I got hoodwinked by the breeder...Chester is definitely not a miniature and I am not even sure he is all doxie. At 8 months, he is 15 lbs. His legs are awfully long for a doxie too! Nevertheless, he has won my heart and I love him so.
Intelligent too...he know not to tear apart his toys but rather do it to shoes, tissues, magazines, rugs etc.
