Doodle has been with us for 9 years, i got her from my sister when she was a year old. Sis could not keep her contained as she was a squirrel hunter of unlimited energy & stamina. She has taught my Rottie to hunt squirrels (her mortal enemies) & will stay out from dawn till dusk tracking them. She is shy but has never offered to bite, & will tolerate chlldren petting her but was not raised around them so she does not like the fast movements children make toward her. She would prefer to hang out beside me on the sofa or lie in her bed when not active. She is a pivotal & vital part of our family whom everybody loves, and she gets along with my cats & parrot although she does love to chase deer. I have to watch her when opening the door if she knows deer are out & about. She is an uber fast sprinter for a 10 yr old dog, i always wanted to enter her in local wiener dog races, she would win, i guarantee it. I love my Doodle bug

You are a very beautiful girl. I am so glad you stay active. Best to you, hope we have an early spring, then it will be time to chase the bunnies along with the squirrels.
