Gretchen arrived yesterday by way of 3 other owners-she is about a year old female smooth coat mini. She can definitely use a couple of pounds on her but otherwise seems to have been well treated. What we know of her story is that 2 owners back got her and had two other dogs-the husband was army and deployed and the wife with small children moved back to her parents who limited her to two animals so our girl had to find a new home. She was given to a friend who then lost her job so had to move into a situation where she is rooming with a lot of people and couldn't attend to Gretchen's needs well-so a few contacts were made and she now is part of our pack. She is a pretty little thing and fast fast runner so we may have to do some training for weiner dog races LOL

Gretchen likes to watch us swim in the pool but will hop onto the step if she is hot-not too fond of swimming though

Poor little girl
Good luck and many happy years together. I feel bad that she was passed around so much! If I had to,I would sleep in my car with my babies. NEVER would they be given up!!!
