**UPDATE Duchess is now almost 15 years old. she still loves her pupperoni's and is getting senile in her old age I think...lol She snaps at her brother Rusty when she gets tired of him licking her back. She still runs around and gets excited like a puppy, but I can tell she is slowing down. Duchess was a Christmas gift to me from my daughter. She called all over and finally found her at a Dachshund Haven of Garden Grove, a non profit dachshund rescue.
