Babette writes:
Princess Babette is our two and a half year old minature smooth black and tan dachshund. For a young dog she is terribly mature having quickly left behind her childish pursuits. Such as playing etc, in favour of more grown up pass times like sleeping, sun worshipping and pondering the mysteries of the universe. Her special skill is leading us into all the pubs down the high street. She is also very persuasive when it comes to lie-ins and not going for walks in the rain.
If she could say two things they would be;
1- No strangers.
2- Any chance of a cuddle?
It's winter here now so thankfully Babette has regrown her hair on her tummy and chest. She is still a good girl looking after her little human brother Toby and telling us whenever his nappy (diaper) needs changing. She is kind and gentle and mummy makes sure she has her special cuddle time once Toby is in bed.

How is my beautiful Babette doing on the other side of the big pond? Still baby sitting ? Your mom needs to give you extra treats for your added duties. Enjoy the spring. I went on a ride on the 4 wheeler today.

Hi Babs!
Wiener races are tomorrow. I run at 2 pm central time. You asked about websites to our TV stations - we have 4: www.myfoxaustin.com; wwwkvue.com; weareaustin.com; and kxan.com. One of them ran a story on the races last year (don't remember which one) so I imagine at least one will again. I'll let you know how it goes. Hope you're having a lovely spring.
