Romeo came to us in march 09, from a breeder. He is Amber's daddy and is six years old. Romeo is very shy and is learning to be more out going. When we first got Romeo he did not know what a collar or leash was. He had never even been on a walk or ever had a collar on. The first time we took him for a walk he was really scared, he would just pull on the leash and roll like an alligator...we called this the dachshund death roll. With time and patients he has over come the fear of the leash and is progressing very well.
Romeo is an awesome dog he loves to cuddle and get his belly scratched...We love him!

Hi Romeo!
Hey, I like your name! My Mom should have named me that! No, I had to be named after mom's favorite Football player, JOE Montana! I think Romeo is so cool! It breaks my mom's heart that you didn't have a fun first few years...but, so happy to hear that you are doing much better now. Bless your human Mom for giving you a second chance! We laughed at pic of you in the "cone" - what happened there fella? Hope all is well, JOE

Hi Romeo!
You are so cute! I'm so glad you have a great family and get to live with your daughter. I love to take walks and am pretty good with my harness (though mom calls me Houdini because I can escape from the harness easily if I want). I've been with my mom for a little over a year now and at first, I would do the dachshund death roll every time I thought she was going to pick me up. Not so much any more. Talk to you later! xo, Bonnie

Hey There Romeo!!!
How cool is it that you get to live with your baby girl, Amber! You are SOOOOOO handsome....and that face....those eyes! We're starting to drool! And it certainly looked like you did have "Happy Holidays". Sending you wet wiener kisses.
