SamSam was only supposed to be a pick up and transport for one of the dachshund rescues but within a week he worked his way into my heart. SamSam is definitely the baby in the household. His coat is the hardest to describe. Is he a silky wire or a long hair or both. I like to refer to him as my woolly mammoth. SamSam likes to throw himself on his momma as she tries to sleep and rolls on her like she is a spot on the lawn. He's such a silly boy.

What a luck boy you are to be so loved and well taken care of. Glad to see you as DOTD. I think it is wonderful when a little doxie finds the perfect spot. Hurray for Mom for feeding you some healthy raw food instead of dried out kibble. May everyday be a special day in your home(Herbie's mom)
