Frankie was born April 10, 2007 in rural Missouri. He came home that summer and has been the king of the castle ever since. Frankie is VERY well behaved, but still has a few of those classic, stubborn dachshund moments.
Frankie's brother, Beans, came home in January 2009. They are now best friends and get into tons of trouble together.
They are the highlights of my life!

That was nice that you stopped by today! Those coats with the D rings for leashes were made by me. I'm glad you liked them! The D rings in the fabric store are way too flimsy to take the grief a dachshund with front wheel drive can dish out. I bought my D rings from a mountain equipment store. You have a very handsome pair of doxies there. It's so much more fun having more than one, huh? Best wishes and good health to you in 2011.

Who are his parents? Charlies Browns mom is a black and tan named January and his dad was a chocolate dapple but I can't remember his name. Anyhow, I am very, very happy with my boy Charlie!
