I was mommy's second doxie. After mommy got Daisy, she thought Daisy needed a buddy, so they got me. Mom thought I looked very distinguished when I was a puppy and needed a distinguished name, like Hawthorne. But my nickname is the Little Buddy. I am so spoiled, I make Mommy and Daddy carry me up to bed at night. I do a really good impression of a meerkat, especially when there is people food on the coffee table. Although I leave well placed surprises, I wake Mommy and Daddy up with a barrage of licks. I also like to take over my cat-siblings' kitty cubes.
