Boomer came to live with us when he was 1 year old (he's 5 years old now). His former family saw he was going to be quite a bit larger than a miniature dachshund and didn't want him anymore. Hard to believe people could just throw away an animal like that. Well, their loss is our gain! Boomer may not be petite, but he's a great dog with a great personality. He loves to travel, loves to go to the groomer for his "spa day", and although he wont admit it, he loves his little sister, Sooner.
