We got Payton after our Daisy (12 year old mini red doxie) went to the Rainbow Bridge. He is a wonderful addition to our family and has been instrumental in helping all of us, including his big doggy bubba Jake, get over Daisy's passing.
I am now almost a year old!!! I have developed into quite a character, with lots of doxie attitude!!! I keep my people, and big doggy bubba Jake, on their toes, but I know they like it. I am now 18.5 pounds, so I have grown a lot, but my vet thinks I'm about done. I love to play hard and nap hard, and I really love to have a chewie on the deck when it is nice and sunny. I also love mud puddles or anything else I can get dirty in, which is why I have had several baths. I love shoes, accessories, and anything I can nab out of my sissy's purse!!!! Thanks for visiting me!!!

Congrats on being named the DOTD; such an honor! Love the pic of you poking your head between the railings, I like to do that too and baths are for the birds in my opinion but my momma insists on giving me one every week - blah! Anyway, 10 bones for you from your friend Peyton. Have a great day!
