Lily is our first doxie that we bought when we moved to Michigan. My husband was not ready for a dog but I had to have her when I saw how cut she was. I called him to let him know I found her and he told me to 'do what is best".....soooooo, I did what was best!!!!! :)
Lily just loves when Mommy and Daddy are both around because she loves attention. She is also very protective of us and our corner lot yard....you will often see her pacing back and forth when people/other dogs walk down the street. She just wants to play....why can't they just come in the yard so I can weenerize them. :)
Her markings are unusual, she has a cowlick that gives her a mohawk down her neck, she has 1 blue eye and she has a spunky personality....What's not to love????

Hello There Dapple...
Dad got me for my Mommy as well.... He wasn't into Doxies then, until he found out what type of hunters we were, now he has 2 hunting pairs of Doxies! Mom promised him a divorce if he got a 3rd Doxie... but she loves my Dad and he wasn't as lucky as he thought he would be!! Hope you're having fun out there with you family and siblings.. Nothing like having our own pack, even if we have to share the sofa with those humans... take care Lily - Alice & The Gang
