I am a little bias but I think he is just beautiful and so regal looking. The vet's office has nicknamed him Fabio.Albert is not like any other doxie that has owned me. He is very laid back, calm, and he has the most gentle soul. Get this, he doesn't even burrow...but, we do have to share a pillow in the big bed.
Two years ago Albert ruptured a disc and was paralyzed. We were sent to the Emegency Clinic by our home vet. An ortho. surgeon was called in to perform the long, intense surgery. By the grace of God and a dynamic surgeop my Albert began walking the very next day. Today, he can do everything that he once could do. However, we are taking more precautions than before.
