Sasha is a three year old mini chocolate and tan Dachshund. She rules the house and the hearts of everyone who meets her. She loves the cat and her big brother, Sam, who is an Elkhound and loves her back even more. He could not resist her when I brought her home and she knows it. She takes his toys and puts them up on the couch and he takes them back when she is not looking. She loves to play in the snow with Sam but loves to get dried off even more. She is all about the blankies. She sleeps upside down and is just the most adorable little ball of fun. I can't imagine not having her. I knew there was a reason I always wanted a Dachshund!

What a beautiful lady you are!! WOW.. love your long coat and sweet smile! You sound like such a loving pup! Yeah! Love all the pictures, you really are a beauty! We like playing in the snow, but we have a smooth coat, so we dont collect 'snowballs', does your mama like picking them off? Our big brother Tank, a newfie mix gets them all the time.. we call them dingo balls! Congratulations on being DOTD! You deserve it! love roxy and winnie
