A memorial for Lola Bola Finnola Favorite food: The other dog's food, doesn't matter what it is!!! Favorite treat: Freeze dried liver treats!!! YUM!!!! Favorite toy: Henrietta Chicken, and the squeeky tennis ball. Favorite spot to sleep: On my owner's bed...... next to my mom. Archenemy: SQUIRRELS!!!!! I'm still chasing them on the bridge. jlcopen writes: Hi, I am Lola Bola Finnola, but I go by Lola, or wein or lo. I am a long haired silver dappled mini doxie. I am a Therapy Dog. I go to hospitals and rest homes and visit people. I also go to the Public Library and have kids read to me once a week. UPDATE: Lola got selected to be in the All American Dachshund Rescue Calendar. Out of over 350 pictures, hers got chosen. It's the one with the Golden Gate in the background. So.....Lola is now a Calendar Girl! I am extremely sad to post that Lola passed across the Rainbow Bridge October 12, 2011. She had just turned 6 years old. She was my heart and soul and I will miss her for the rest of my life. She was a very special dog and she touched many, many lives. I AM A STAR, yes, a real star. My dad had a star officially named after me for my mom. It was her 2011 Christmas gift. My mom can even look at my star. She misses me so much. But we will be reunited someday on the bridge. Until then, I will shine bright for her.

Weird Dog!! Lola is doing her "nursing" thing on her bed. She grips the bed way in her mouth, and kneads with her paws, just like a puppy, except she is far from a puppy!!!
